Cyber Art 509 is now Art Works NW

In January of 2022 Cyber Art 509 officially changed its name to Art Works Northwest (AWNW), much more representative of who/what this organization is all about.  AWNW exhibits at wineries and other venues throughout the year both as a group and individually, hosts the annual Tour d'Arts event in October, and has various artists who also teach classes.

See their new site here, OR, go to Facebook:

Three Art Works NW members, Pam Sharp, Maja Shaw (both watercolorists), and Barbara Thrall (photographer), will be participating in 2022 June Fest in Yakima, WA.

And, now that school's out, here are some interesting opportunities for kids in the Tri-Cities:

Art At The Park Gallery, Richland, WA; offering several children's workshops, with various artists, including Gail Roadhouse, a member of AWNW

Yellow Dog Studio, Richland, WA; Lexie Forbes and Sally Green are the hostesses for these great classes for kids!

Another cool summer art opportunity in the TriCities this year is a "reappearance" (following covid "cramps") of the Second Saturday Uptown Art Walk, with the next date being July 9, 2022.  If you're an artist interested in participating, go here
